Exterior Stucco (EIFS) Installation and Repair
Our Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) stucco will help you to both update your home's look and save on utilities. EIFS stucco is a low maintenance, cost efficient exterior for your home - and it will remain unchanged from its original application. Through our high quality, Durabond® products, you'll have several coats applied onto an insulated surface - including a finish that will ensure your home looks beautiful for years to come!
Moulding Installation and Repair
For an added upgrade to your EIFS stucco work, you can opt for mouldings to be installed around your windows and doors. Our profile sills are fit to your windows, providing a top slope and bottom drip edge that prevents water from settling. Additionally, you can have quoin mouldings installed along the corner edges of your home, as well as a band moulding to separate your stucco from its existing exterior.
Stonework Installation
Stonework is a common, complementary addition to EIFS stucco installation. With our highly realistic manufactured stone veneer, you can beautifully contrast the sleekness of your new stucco exterior with the rugged edges of stonework - allowing for a more dynamic looking home!
EIFS STUCCO
Exterior Insulation Finish System
We specialize in EIFS stucco installation, applying the process to new builds or replacing your home's existing exterior.
Whether your home has aluminum siding, brickwork, wooden shingles or vinyl, we can upgrade your house through our process.
The Exterior Insulation Finish System Stucco process involves the following steps (pictured on the right):

Application of moisture barrier waterproofing (Blueshield) onto your existing plywood

Installation of 2" Flexlite / Quantum Select Durabond® Styrofoam (R-value: 7.8) onto the surface

Application of 4.5 oz fibreglass mesh with 2 coats (before and after mesh) onto the Styrofoam

Application of a skim coat onto the base coat

Application of a finish coat (colour and texture of your choice)
There is no maintenance required on the product upon completion. It remains intact and unchanged from its original look!
All of our EIFS materials used are high quality and produced by Durabond ®.
